Welcome to MANAGED SETTINGS, provided by BAYTON. These Terms of Service govern your use of my application. By using MANAGED SETTINGS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

By continuing to use MANAGED SETTINGS, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Users do not need to create an account to use MANAGED SETTINGS. Enhanced functionality is provided through the use of a licence key.

MANAGED SETTINGS is intended for enterprise deployment on managed Android devices. It will not function as intended on unmanaged devices. Users are prohibited from:

• Reverse engineering the application.
• Monitoring the network traffic of the application.
• Tampering with or snooping on the application to ascertain proprietary information.

For customers who purchase a licence, BAYTON offers a 30-day period from the date of purchase to request a refund.

Users cannot submit or upload content within MANAGED SETTINGS. No user-generated content is held or managed by BAYTON.

BAYTON reserves the right to revoke licences and terminate contracts if it is discovered that the application has been tampered with, decompiled, or otherwise misused in violation of these terms.

MANAGED SETTINGS is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. BAYTON does not guarantee that the application will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. You agree that your use of the application is at your sole risk.

In no event shall BAYTON be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the application; (ii) any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the application; (iv) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the application.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
