Fixes

• Reject custom activity and broadcast entries that specify a class name without a package name. Previously, the class could be ignored and the remaining action sent as an implicit intent.

Action-only and package-scoped custom intents remain supported. When targeting a specific component, supply both its package and class. See Configure custom intents.

Known issues

Some OEMs/devices do not support AOSP settings intents. APN settings can also return or fail inside the device's Settings app after a launch is accepted.
