Features & improvements

• Chrome Custom Tabs (CCT) support for opening URLs, with a fallback to a locked-down local managed Chrome tab where CCT isn't available or appropriate.
• New layout card support for managed content, allowing richer presentation of EMM-delivered material.
• openUrl exposed as a shared utility so it can be reused by Android Enterprise web apps.
• Additional logging around the layout card to aid in troubleshooting.

Fixes

• Resolved duplicate cutout insets in the theme.
• Hardened the battery card against a potential divide-by-zero crash.
• Radios are now treated as optional rather than mandatory, reducing crash risk on devices without them.
• Backup disabled to prevent stale state being restored across installs.
• User-facing error strings moved into resources for proper localisation.
