Features & improvements

• URL document downloads now stream to disk instead of buffering the full file in memory.
• Interrupted downloads can resume when the server validator confirms the resource is unchanged.
• Document updates are written atomically so a failed update does not destroy the previous offline copy.
• Size limits are now type-aware: PDF and EPUB up to 150 MiB, other supported types up to 32 MiB.
