Invalid rate-limit settings now stop the service from starting instead of silently leaving rate limiting disabled, and alerting tokens are no longer sent to non-secure remote servers.
Oversized app icon, wallpaper and keystore uploads are now rejected with a clear size error instead of being truncated and producing a corrupt app.
