NinjaOne supports Android Enterprise DPC identifier provisioning, letting you enrol a device by typing afw#setup in the Google Account screen. Use this when a camera is unavailable or blocked, and/or zero-touch is unavailable.
Note: DPC identifier provisioning does not support provisioning options sudh as enabling system apps. It is the least-configurable provisioning option.
In NinjaOne, choose Add device and select the Android Enrollment profile.
Copy the long alphanumeric token shown beneath the QR code. This is what will be typed on the device.
afw#setupPower on the factory-reset device and proceed through the initial screens until the Google account sign-in prompt.
At the Google account field, type afw#setup to launch Android Enterprise device enrolment.
If prompted for camera permissions, choose Deny (not required for manual entry).
When the token prompt appears, type the token from NinjaOne. If a camera preview shows depsite the permissions denial, there's a toggle at the bottom of the screen to enter the token manually.
Continue through the standard NinjaOne enrolment wizard until completion.
afw#setup must be entered on a factory-reset device with internet access; if it fails, restart setup and confirm connectivity.
